A detective grappling with hearing loss is thrust into a perilous situation when he is assigned to a murder case with a deaf witness as his only ally. The murder occurred in an abandoned apartment block, a dilapidated and eerie place where every corner hides danger. Both the detective and the witness must navigate this hostile environment, where the killers are lurking, unseen and unheard. Communication is a challenge from the beginning, with neither able to hear the subtle cues that could give away the killers’ presence.
