Amidst the domestic upheaval, a new threat emerges in the form of Maxime Le Mal and his girlfriend Valentina. Maxime is a cunning adversary with a vendetta against Gru, and Valentina’s loyalty to him makes her just as dangerous. Gru must protect his family from these new enemies, a task that becomes increasingly difficult as Maxime’s plans unfold.
